Project overview
The challenge
San Mateo County’s 2022 transportation demand management (TDM) program introduced requirements for new developments meeting specified thresholds. C/CAG needed precise, understandable guidance for applicants and local jurisdictions, ready when the new requirements took effect.
Our work
BlinkTag created a website documenting the program and PDF checklists for different land uses. Each checklist links directly to detailed guidance on the website, so applicants can look up requirements as they complete the documents. We also produced tutorial screencasts explaining how the program works.
The result
We delivered the online resources on a compressed timeline for the 2022 program launch.
