BlinkTag's social media outreach strategy got written up in an article in TDM Review, a quarterly publication on transportation demand management published by the Association for Commuter Transportation. The article titled: When Viral is Good – How Social Media Can Engage Travelers and Boost TDM Effectiveness (starting on page 21) goes over the social media strategy that BlinkTag has develop for 511 Contra Costa. BlinkTag helps manage social media (facebook page, twitter and a blog) on a day-to-day basis as well as advising on outreach strategy and design of the TDM programs throughout the county.
