The Client: In April, 2006, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger commissioned a hazard mitigation study in the town of La Conchita, CA, devastated by a landslide two years earlier.

The Project: Blinktag Inc. surveyed homes in the community and created an interactive parcel database used by project leaders. Armed with this information, our firm developed a methodology for valuing every home in the affected area and assessing the risk associated with a future natural disaster.
