The Client: The Shared Equity Homeownership Initiative is a growing network of national, regional and local organizations committed to developing a new model of sustainable and affordable homeownership. They do this through developing financing systems, providing training and tools, promoting awareness of Shared Equity Homeownership, coordinating SEH research and launching a coordinated public policy effort to educate federal policy makers about the benefits of SEH.
The Project: Blinktag Inc. was brought on to implement a content management system that would allow SEHI staff to post articles & case studies and have them appear in a variety of relevant sections of the website. The primary challenge was organizing the hundreds of articles and pieces of information on the site to make it a useable and searchable resource. Built on top of WordPress, the resulting website is easy to manage and update for SEHI staff while maintaining a simple, easy-to-navigate structure for visitors.
